Founders

Project Galaxy was co-founded by Harry Zhang, who also serves as its head developer. Zhang was the chief operating officer of Lino Network and one of the founders of DLive.tv. When Harry was head of data product at Club Factory, he built an entire supply chain and recommendation system on data. Zhang received a BA in CS from UC Berkeley, where she also dabbled in statistics. Charles Wayn is the other co-founder of Project Galaxy and its chief strategist. Charles was the CEO of DLive.tv before he cofounded Project Galaxy. After BitTorrent acquired DLive in 2019, Charles took over leadership of BitTorrent's streaming divisions, including DLive.tv, the DLive Protocol, and the Two App, in the role of Vice President of Interactive Entertainment. From 2017 to 2018, he was President of the Association for Chinese Entrepreneurs (ACE) at UC Berkeley.
